分析舒适护理在食管癌根治术中应用的效果摘要：目的：探讨舒适护理在食管癌根治术中应用的效果。 方法：选取 2015 年 2 月至 2016 年 2 月来我院实行食管癌根治术治疗的患者 122 例，并按照随机平均的方法，将其分为实验组与对照组。对照组患者行常规手术室护理，实验组患者在常规护理基础上行舒适护理。对两组患者的护理效果进行比较分析。 结果：经过比较发现，实验组患者的护理满意度比对照组患者高，且实验组患者护理后患者出现并发症情况也显著低于对照组患者，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。 结论：对行食管癌根治术治疗的患者行舒适护理，患者满意度高，临床护理效果显著，值得在临床上推广应用。关键词：舒适护理、食管癌根治术、应用效果To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing in radical operation of esophageal carcinomaAbstract: Objective: To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in radical operation of esophageal carcinoma. Methods: From February 2015 to February 2016, 122 patients with radical esophagectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random mean. The patients in the control group underwent routine operation room nursing, and the patients in the experimental group underwent comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the complications of the patients in the experimental group were also significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).
