The food is not only a quantitative requirement, but also pays more attention to product quality and pursues healthy nutrition and safety. The characteristic of "leaning tea porridge" is a kind of "green food" with balanced nutrition, which is in line with the public's requirements, but its popularity is low. Therefore, this article starts from the analysis of the current development situation of Qingyuan Hakka Lei Cha Porridge and the problems existing in the development process, and analyzes the related marketing issues from the aspects of consumers and the environment.
