摘 要毕业设计是根据陵城区菜园小学教学楼的招标文件的招标须知、投标人须知合同条件、施工图纸、技术规范、及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。该工程位于山东省陵城区，建筑结构形式为框架结构，总建筑面积 4693.80 m2，建筑高度 16.10m，建筑层数 4 层，建筑规模为 12 个班，班额人数 45 人，设计容纳学生 540 人。按规划要求，耐火等级为二级，屋面防水等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为 7.0，合理使用年限为 50 年。设计中包括目录、商务标书、技术标书和结论。商务标书包括投标总价、编制的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则则是严格按照《山东省房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》（GB50854-2013）、《山东省建筑、装饰工程消耗量定额（2016）》、《山东省建设工程费用项目组成及计算规则（2016）》中的计算规则计算。技术标则是将工程概况、施工总体的工作计划、施工的顺序、方案和准备、施工的进度计划以及施工技术组织措施等内容进行系统地编制。关键词：工程量计算；商务标；技术标；AbstractThe graduation design is based on the bidding instructions, bidder instructions, contract conditions, construction drawings, technical specifications, and other relevant documents of the bidding documents of the Caiyuan Primary School teaching building in Lingcheng District.The project is located in Lingcheng District, Shandong Province.
