北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计基于传热基板灯罩自夹紧管灯设计基于传热基板灯罩自夹紧管灯设计摘 要传统的 LED 管灯因装配过慢,装配方法不够简洁,严重影响了 LED 照明的快速推广,而提高装配效率是改善这一问题。本设计提供的传热基板自夹紧的 LED 管灯,由于在传热基板安装部上设置有条形卡槽,可以将传热基板卡设在条形卡槽内,不再需要通过螺钉将传热基板固定在散热器上。本设计为基于传热基板灯罩自夹紧管灯设计,是一种针对合理照明装置的支撑、悬挂或连接装置技术领域的设计,是一种对 LED 管灯进行高效快速装配的方法。设计出原理演示模型,并且做出实物,检测在不影响光效的情况下可以达到预期的效果。最后仿真了对流散热不良的情况下,铝材料表面氧化和未氧化所具有的不同红外辐射发射率对照明灯具散热的影响。本设计中只涉及管灯。本次设计对于 LED 照明的快速推广起到了助推作用。也对于可持续发展战略的国策做出了贡献。 关键字:自夹紧;LED管灯;传热基板北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of self clamping tube lamp based on heat transfer substrate lampshadeAbstractThe traditional LED lamp assembly is too slow and the assembly method is not simple, which seriously affects the rapid promotion of LED lighting, and improving the assembly efficiency is to improve this problem.
