基于信息不对称视角的我国医患关系研究【摘要】近年来，中国的经济不断繁荣，社会不断发展，改革开放不断深入，医患之间的紧张关系已成为中国医疗行业的主要问题之一，医患纠纷时有发生，且有些案件可以说性质恶劣，对社会正常秩序及和谐的医患关系带来严峻挑战。医患纠纷不仅给当事人带来经济损失和人身安全问题，也给社会造成负面影响。造成医患关系紧张的原因之一是医患之间的信息不对称问题，这一问题已经成为医患关系中的普遍现象，深入探讨医患关系中的信息不对称问题，可以有效缓解医患之间的矛盾，从而有利于和谐社会的发展。本文主要从经济学的视角，研究医患关系的信息不对称问题，阐述医患信息不对称的内涵，运用相关理论对医患信息不对称的表现、成因等问题进行研究，并针对我国实际情况提出建设性的政策建议。 【关键词】医患关系；信息不对称；逆向选择；道德风险Study on Relationship Between Doctors And Patients in China From The Perspective of Information Asymmetry[Abstract] In recent years, with the continuous development of China's economy and society and the deepening of reform and opening up, the relationship between doctors and patients in China is deteriorating, and the disputes between doctors and patients occur frequently, and the nature is bad, which brings severe challenges to the normal order and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
