基于信息不对称视角的我国医患纠纷成因及其解决对策分析【摘要】近年来，我国医患纠纷事件屡见不鲜，并已逐渐成为社会负面热点话题。在发生率、波及面、涉及人员、涉案金额、影响程度医患纠纷都有逐年增长的趋势。此外，分析表明，由于信息不对称而产生了逆向选择危害道德风险危害，这些危害给我国的医疗领域和医疗卫生服务，并带来了不可忽视的障碍和影响。另文章从信息不对称的视角去剖析我国医患冲突的根源，包括医者、患者和第三方因素。鉴于上述冲突根源，提出有针对性的防范措施与应对对策，例如医院管理层面完善医疗信息公开制度、患方层面提高医学科学素养政府管理层面落实媒体正向引导作用等。【关键词】医患纠纷；信息不对称；成因；解决对策1The causes of medical disputes in China based on the perspective of information asymmetry Analysis of its solutions[Abstract]In recent years, incidents of doctor-patient disputes in our country have been common, and have gradually become a hot topic in the society. Doctor-patient disputes have a trend of increasing year-on-year in incidence, spread, personnel involved, amount involved, and degree of impact. In addition, the analysis shows that the adverse selection caused by the information asymmetry harms the moral hazard, which has brought impacts and influences that cannot be ignored for China's medical and health undertakings and medical fields. This article mainly analyzes the root causes of doctor-patient conflicts in China from the perspective of information asymmetry, including doctors, patients and third-party factors.
