跨境电商运营平台

摘 要随着互联网的发展和电子商务的拓展，跨境电商运营平台的发展与经济的现代化密切相关。同我们早期的国际贸易对比，跨境电商运营平台对于企业的成本的减少有着非常重大的作用。最近这些年以来，我国政府不断的扶持，使得跨境电商运营平台行业蓬勃发展。其中，阿里巴巴是第一个国际电子商务的平台，本文选择 Wish 平台作为案例研究，描述企业的条件和外部环境以及行业的竞争、讨论公司的业务模式，以及分析具体在的运作模式和最后执行层面上的各种问题，最后根据自己所学习和查阅的资料提出相对的一些建议和策略，以为我们国家的中小企业了解跨境电商运营平台的业务模式提供案例。关键词：跨境电商运营平台，Wish 平台，运营方式，策略AbstractWith the development of the Internet and e-commerce, the development of cross-border e-commerce platforms is closely related to the modernization of the economy.
