1民营企业劳动者报酬权调查研究【摘要】本论文的目的在于通过调查目前民营企业劳动者的报酬权情况,了解当前民营企业的劳资关系、民营企业劳动者报酬权的实现、劳动者权利保障制度和劳资纠纷处理现状。民营企业劳动者的报酬问题是大众一直讨论的问题,本论文用“报酬权”这一名词,尝试从法律制度、交叉学科的角度来研究问题,吸收经济学、社会学和管理学的思想、观点、理论。同时查阅国内外的劳动报酬权利相关文献资料,梳理劳动者报酬权的发展历史,搜集现今劳动者们关于劳动报酬的讨论热点。相比以往的用企业主的道德素质、工商管理理论来保障劳动者报酬,本文希望在报酬权的定义规范、法律法规、合同和履行等方面为民营企业劳动者报酬权的保障提出建议。为了切实了解现实情况,本调查研究发放了匿名调查问卷以了解更个人更具体的情况与意见。【关键词】劳动法;报酬权;民营企业劳动者;加班1Investigation and Research on the Right to Remuneration of Laborers in Private Enterprises[Abstract] The purpose of this thesis is to understand the current labor relations of private enterprises, the realization of labor rights of private enterprises, the realization of labor rights protection system and the status of labor disputes by investigating the current situation of private enterprises ’labor rights.
