我国科技金融发展现状研究【摘要】随着我国经济与科技的迅猛发展，科技金融逐渐成为我国经济发展的重要方向。通过对我国科技金融发展现状进行研究，当前我国政府越来越重视科技研发且逐步加大投入力度，同时逐步完善相关政策体系，但投入力度放缓、政策实施效率低；我国已初步形成多层次的资本市场，但发展速度缓慢，不能很好地满足科技金融发展的需要；金融与非金融机构积极创新产品与业务，拓宽科技型中小企业的融资渠道，但由于各种问题使得机构无法充分发挥其作用；科技型中小企业不断涌现，却又因高风险、高投入等特点以及企业管理能力不足，陷入融资难的困境。为进一步推进科技金融的发展，一是政府建立专门的管理部门加快完善政策体系，创新财政投入方式；二是加强资本市场建设；三是需要各类机构共享资源、相互合作；四是增强科技型中小企业的经营管理能力；五是提高相关的人才的数量与质量。【关键词】科技金融；资本市场；金融与非金融机构；科技型中小企业Research on the Development of Science and Technology Finance in China[Abstract] With the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology, science and technology finance has gradually become an important direction of China's economic development.
