论当前犯罪现场中反侦查行为的识别与应对摘要:随着我国现代法治社会不断发展，各类刑事案件出现，严重损害法治社会频发，也对人民群众生命、财产安全造成严重影响。刑事案件中侦查是非常重要的手段，通过刑事侦查，找到犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪证据，更好的进行定案。随着科技不断发展，一些犯罪嫌疑人开始利用反侦查手段在布置假的犯罪现场，试图影响办案人员办案方向。而为快速办案，惩治犯罪，只有了解到犯罪份子的反侦查行为，才便于更好的将案件事实查明。由此，才有了本文对当前犯罪现场中反侦查行为的识别与应对研究，希望通过研究，为侦查人员更好的开展侦查工作提供依据。关键词：犯罪现场；反侦查行为；识别ABSTRACT: With the continuous development of modern society ruled by law in our country, various kinds of criminal cases appear, which seriously damages the society ruled by law, and also has a serious impact on the safety of people's lives and property. Investigation is a very important means in criminal cases. Through criminal investigation, we can find the criminal evidence of the suspect and make a better case. With the continuous development of science and technology, some criminal suspects began to use anti-investigation methods in the layout of false crime scenes, trying to influence the direction of handling cases. In order to deal with cases quickly and punish crimes, it is only when we know the criminal's anti-investigation behavior that we can better find out the facts of the case.
