摘 要改革开放后,中国的旅游业不断的发展壮大,酒店业迅速兴起,生活水平的稳步提高,让人们越来越看重和追求高品质的产品和服务,酒店行业之间的竞争也愈发激烈,作为影响酒店主要经济效益的餐饮部门,其服务质量已经成为酒店企业赖以生存和发展的核心力量。本文通过对宁德富力万达嘉华酒店的餐饮服务质量进行研究,发现其存在菜品缺乏创新意识,更新速度慢、菜品性价比不高、服务人员服务技能与效率不够高、缺少个性化服务、餐饮卫生监管工作有待加强以及服务人员隐私意识薄弱,丢失物品管理工作不严的问题,并提出了相应的策略。关键词:餐饮服务质量;顾客满意度;宁德富力万达嘉华酒店AbstractAfter the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry continues to grow, the hotel industry rapidly rises, and the living standard steadily improves.As a result, people pay more and more attention to and pursue high-quality products and services, and the competition among the hotel industry becomes increasingly fierce.As the main economic benefits of the Hotel, the catering sector, its service quality has become the core force for the survival and development of the hotel enterprises Quantity.
