基于员工压力管理的 EAP 应用分析 —— 以 NY 银行 A 支行为例 Analysis of EAP Application Based on Employee Stress Management——A Case Study of NY Bank A Branch摘要近年来,金融市场全球化发展,我国银行业紧跟着国内外快速发展的步伐,开展进行深刻变革。面对激烈的金融市场竞争和繁重的工作任务,银行从业人员面临着工作压力、人际交往、情感危机等身心健康问题的严峻挑战。员工心理问题日益严重成为银行业现发展中面临的重大阻碍。本文以 NY 银行 A 支行作为研究对象,论述了国内外的 EAP 现状、阐述了 EAP 的压力管理理论基础,采用文献研究法和问卷调查法,就 NY 银行 A支行的内外部环境、员工压力现状进行调查和详细的统计分析,根据调查结果,从环境、组织、个人三大压力源发现员工存在的压力问题,论证 EAP 实施的可行性,提出可靠的保障机制,提出针对性的依据和建议。研究期望能为银行业内基于员工压力管理的 EAP 应用提供一些参考价值。关键词: EAP(员工帮助计划) 压力管理 NY 银行 A 支行Abstract In recent years, with the development of financial market globalization, China's banking industry has been carrying out profound changes following the pace of rapid development at home and abroad. To face the drastic banking competition and onerous service tasks, the staff of bank are suffering serious challenges of work pressure, human communication, and emotional crisis or other physical& mental health problems.
