本科论文摘 要本文研究了互联网基金的风险控制，介绍了互联网基金的概念、特点、发展现状和发展趋势，运用案例分析方法以余额宝为例，通过对余额宝这类特殊的互联网基金产品进行风险分析并提出解决对策，从而分析出互联网基金在发展过程中面临的一些风险，包括流动性风险、安全性风险、收益性风险，行业竞争风险和法律政策风险，并针对它的风险问题，提出了控制互联网基金风险的对策。借助大数据平台，建立健全相关的法律法规，加大软硬件的投入力，开发具有核心知识产权的信息技术等相关措施，基金公司也应该努力提高自身防范风险能力。我国互联网基金风险防范道路还很长，需要不断研究探索，才能促使经济稳定持续发展。关键词：互联网基金,风险控制,余额宝本科论文AbstractThis paper studies the control of Internet funds risk. It introduces the concept, characteristics, developing status and trends of Internet funds. Using cases such as Yu Ebao, it analyzes the risks of special Internet fund products and propose solutions. So it finds there are some risks faced by the Internet fund in the process of development, including liquidity risk, security risk, profitability risk, industry competition risk and legal policy risk. Aiming at risk problems, the paper puts forward countermeasures to control the risk of Internet funds. With the help of the data platform, to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations, to increase investment in software and hardware, and to develop information technology with core intellectual property rights and so on. In addition, fund companies should improve their ability to prevent risks. Prevention of Chinese Internet fund risk is still a long way.
