内容摘要完善的水产品物流服务模式是水产品物流健康高效发展的先决条件。惠州市是大湾区建设中重要的水产品生产基地，但惠州市水产品物流还停留在传统阶段，优化惠州市水产品物流服务模式是必要之举。论文运用模糊综合评价法，对惠州市水产品物流服务模式满意度进行评价分析，利用 SWOT 分析法，对惠州市水产品物流进行相关分析，结合两者结论提出惠州市水产品物流服务模式优化建议。归纳总结水产品物流文献观点，梳理水产品物流理论现状，结合分析国内水产品物流服务模式，简述国内五种共存水产品物流服务模式整体环境，在前期分析的基础上，结合惠州市发展抽样分析惠州市水产品物流服务三种共存模式。通过对惠州市水产品物流服务模式满意度评价，得出物流质量及物流服务水平是当前惠州市水产品物流服务模式的优化重点，通过对惠州市水产品物流内外部环境分析，了解惠州市水产品物流服务模式发展环境，提出符合惠州市水产品物流环境并且从关键要点出发的水产品物流服务模式优化建议。关键词：水产品物流；服务模式；模糊综合评价; SWOT；惠州市AbstractThe perfect service mode of aquatic products logistics is the prerequisite for the healthy and efficient development of aquatic products logistics. Huizhou is an important aquatic product production base in the construction of the Da Wan area. However, the aquatic product logistics in Huizhou is still in the traditional stage.
