I跨境贸易人民币结算的现状、问题及对策研究内 容 摘 要从 2009 年到 2020 年发展至今，随着人民币国际化的加快，我国的跨境贸易人民币结算发展势头迅猛。在这十年的发展期间，开展和签订货币互换协议更是为我国的跨境贸易人民币结算的发展迎来了历史性机会。本篇论文以这个大背景为基础，讨论我国跨境贸易人民币结算的发展现状、存在的问题，通过这个两个方面进行探讨，提出促进跨境贸易人民币结算可持续发展对策，这对我国的金融行业和贸易行业具有重大现实意义。首先，在第一部分阐述了跨境贸易人民币结算的定义和发展历程，从核心来认识这个项目的实质。其次，采用定量分析法和文献研究法，明晰人民币跨境结算发展的四个问题：境外使用人民币结算规模较小；境内企业结算选择权弱，出口产品附加值低；人民币双向流动受到阻碍；人民币跨境清算体系等金融基础设施发展速度较慢。最后根据问题作出建议，通过对资本账户解绑，产业结构改革，签订货币互换协议等方法来促进该项目的发展。关键词：人民币国际化；离岸市场；人民币互换协议；人民币跨境支付系统；附加值IIStudy On Current Situation, Issues and Countermeasures of RMB Settlement In Across Border TradeAbstractAs of 2009 to 2020, with the acceleration of RMB internationalization, China's across border trade settlement of RMB has developed swift and violent.
