试论泛亚铁路的开通对云南在东盟贸易市场的影响摘要2010 年新年伊始，中国—东盟自贸区全面启动，93%的货物实现了“零关税”。云南在与东盟国家经济贸易交流中有着得天独厚的地理区位优势，泛亚铁路则贯穿整个云南省，连接东盟各国，云南利用铁路分线，将之变为以昆明为中心辐射加强全省经济水平的经济线，从而带动中国—东盟自由贸易区长期、稳定、健康有序的发展。中国与东盟在泛亚铁路建设上的合作将成为落实中国—东盟自由贸易区的重要步骤，也是促进云南经济快速发展的重要前提。关键词：泛亚铁路 中国—东盟自由贸易区 云南与东盟6ON THE TRANS-ASIAN RAILWAY AND THEOPENING OF THE YUNNAN-ASEAN TRADE MARKET IMPACTABSTRACT Beginning of the year 2010, China - ASEAN Free Trade Area started, 93% of the goods to achieve a "zero tariff."
