摘 要中国是世界上最大的农机生产国，拥有世界上数量最多的机械和设备生产商，也拥有世界最发达的物流业。而随着消费者需求的增加，和机械逐渐替代了劳动力的现状，农业机械产品的出口量占总出口量的很大一部分。以 2016 年至 2017 年为例，我国收割机，拖拉机，播种机，农机零配件等农机设备产品的产量稳居世界前列。2016 年，单收割机产品的产量超过 640,000 台，约占我国机械和设备制造业的 60％。中亚地区发展中国家较多，农业水平较高，导致对农机设备的需求极大。而佳木斯市吉祥进出口运输有限公司作为农机运输物流企业中规模较为成型的，在将农机设备由佳木斯运往新疆，再出口的过程中，存在这一些机遇，也存在较多的问题。佳木斯市吉祥进出口运输有限公司是佳木斯市出口物流运输的龙头企业，与佳木斯市佳联、约翰迪尔等收割机厂均为合作伙伴关系，是佳木斯市农机整机、配件等出口运输物流的首要选择。本文从发展背景、仓储意识、运输方式和物流人才这四个方面分析公司物流现状，初步得出该公司物流模式中存在着基础设施不完善、物流体系不健全、人员监管力度不够、缺乏专业性人才等问题。并提出了相对应的解决方案。也利用了 SWOT 分析法，分析该公司物流模式中的优势、劣势等。在为该公司提供经营建议的同时也希望对其他农机物流企业有一定作用。关键词：佳木斯市吉祥进出口运输限有公司；物流模式；出口运输； AbstractChina is the world's largest producer, with the world's largest number of machinery and equipment manufacturers, and the world's most developed logistics industry.
