摘 要畲族是我国东南沿海主要的少数民族之一。畲族文化中的花斗笠制作技艺被列入省级非物质文化遗产。尽管人们已采取措施保护畲族技艺类非遗文化，然而随着现代社会经济文明的飞速发展，畲族技艺类非遗的生存环境日益受到消亡的威胁。本文以闽东畲族传统花斗笠制作技艺为例，根据现存的问题，分别从四个方面：文化宣传、制度建设、创新发展、政策支持对花斗笠制作这一畲族传统技艺类非遗的保护和未来的发展提出相应的解决措施，希望能给畲族传统技艺类非遗的保护和传承提供一定的帮助启发作用。关键词：畲族；技艺类；非遗；保护；对策AbstractThe She nationality is one of the main ethnic minorities in the southeast coast of China. The Costumes, Flower-making skills and Silverware forging skills of the she nationality are listed as national, provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage. Although people have taken measures to protect the intangible cultural heritage of these arts, with the rapid development of modern social and economic civilization, the She minority's arts civilization, which was prosperous and brilliant in the past, is on the verge of "the death of human beings and the destruction of technology". This article takes the production of the traditional skills of the She nationality in the east of Fujian as an example. According to the existing problems, it has four aspects: cultural propaganda, system construction, innovation and development, and policy support.
