摘 要本实验以无特定病原体级(SPF)ICR 品系性雄性健康小鼠为实验对象
通过对小鼠灌胃法和腹腔注射 TTX-重组蛋白混合液,研究重组蛋白对小鼠 TTX 中毒的解毒作用
结果表明灌胃剂量 350 µg/kg BW 时 2h 内小鼠死亡率为 60%,与此作为对照组 TTX 浓度,灌胃毒素与蛋白孵化后混合液,所有小鼠均存活,表明 TTX 与蛋白体外孵育后,TTX 呈无毒
而腹腔注射 TTX 浓度为 7
5 µg/kg BW 小鼠生存延长,腹腔注射毒素与蛋白孵化后混合液,小鼠存活率显著上升,表明 TTX 与蛋白体外孵育后,TTX 的毒性显著降低
