关于兰州新区土地征收中被征收人的权益保护问题的调查报告

摘 要随着我国经济不断发展、城市化进程不断提高，便捷的交通、发达的医疗等等吸引着越来越多的人。我国城市化进程保持较高的速度。在城市化进程中，土地征收问题日益突出。在土地征收中，很多地方政府都秉持着“重补偿、轻保障”的办事原则，导致失地农民的生计、发展问题无法得到很好地保障。笔者通过对兰州新区土地征收中相关问题进行调查，发现当地存在以“重补偿、轻保障”为主的不能很好保障被征收人生活、被征收人的权益保护落实难等相关问题，通过对调查结果及相应法律法规的研究，针对土地征收中被征收人的权益保护落实提出了自己的建议。关键词：土地征收；重补偿；轻保障 1 AbstractWith the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization, convenient transportation and developed medical care are attracting more and more people.
