本科论文摘 要随着房地产业的发展和室内装饰设计的推广,很多的房地产开发商将现代的室内装饰设计融入到销售领域中去,其中房地产项目所在的售楼处成为了地产商在展销、洽谈中的重要场所,同时也是签约合同的必要区域。房地产开发商对楼盘的营销同时也需要通过售楼处室内设计来促进。针对当前的这种情况,本文将售楼处办公空间室内设计作为主要的研究对象,对其空间的设计进行了分析,并对未来的发展与创新模式进行了研究。然而,目前我国对售楼处室内设计的理论研究相对较少,尽管近年来设计作品也越来越多。本文以房地产业的发展为主要背景,对目前售楼处的现状和存在的问题进行了分析与梳理,总结了售楼处的现状和问题,主要内容有设计思路、建造类型、室内功能区布局等,并对室内设计中的照明、色彩、材质、软装饰、绿化标识等方面进行了详细的分析。在上述的研究的基础上,本文对售楼处的改造和后期更新进行了研究。最后,结合室内设计方案、设计要求和空间创意,对设计中涉及的项目进行了详细的分析,提出了自己的建议关键词:售楼处室内设计;设计实例;发展;转型AbstractWith the development of the real estate industry and the promotion of interior decoration 本科论文design, the real estate developers apply interior design to the sales field.
