Gradually, people begin using credit card for shopping instead of cash because of its high security service which makes it both safe and convenient .However , with the increasing issue of credit card, the number of clients who delay the payment are also growing .Concerning this phenomenon ,this assay sums up a brief conclusion and proposes new aspects based on the experience of urging payment position in the Credit Card Telephone Center of Construction Bank of China ,hoping it will be helpful to the future job.关键词：信用卡逾期 控制风险 催收隐患 催收成本 回收率信用卡起源于 20 世纪 40 年代后期，美国纽约的布鲁克林区的富来布希国民银行（ Flatbush National Bank of Brooklyn ） 的 消 费 信 贷 专 家 约 翰 比 金 斯 （ John C.
