天津地区土壤中萘的生态风险分析宇,石璇,徐福留,澍(大学环境学院,地表过程分析与模拟教育部重点实验室, 100871)摘要:以天津地区表土 188 个样点的实测萘浓度以及萘对 10 种代表性土壤生物的半致死浓度为基础资料,尝试用三种方式评价了该地区土壤中萘的生态风险。并进行了方法学比较。讨论结果发现,暴露浓度和毒性效应概率密度函数的重叠面积为 6.4%,联合概率曲线非常贴近左、下两轴,准确计算的暴露浓度超过 LC50 的概率仅为 1.67%。这些结果均说明该地区土壤萘的生态风险极低,仅严重污染的局部地区可能发生最敏感生物种受害。用于进行风险评价的三种方法各有利弊,从不同角度反映了上述事实。关键词:生态风险;概率风险评价;土壤;萘Risk analysis of naphthalene in Tianjin terrestrial ecosystemYang Yu, Shi Xuan, Xu Fuliu, Tao Shu (College of Environmental Sciences, ,Laboratory for Earth Surface Processes, Peking University, Beijing 100871,China)Abstract: Three approaches were applied and evaluated for probabilistic risk assessment of naphthalene in a terrestrial ecosystem in Tianjin, China, based on the observed naphthalene concentration of 188 top soil samples from the area and LC50s of naphthalene to ten typical soil species from the literature. It was found that the overlapping area of the two probability density functions of concentration and LC50 was 6.4%, the joint probability curve bend towards and very close to the bottom and left axis, and the calculated probability that exposure concentration exceeds LC50 of various species was as low as 1.67%, all indicating a very much acceptable risk of naphthalene to the terrestrial ecosystem and only very sensitive species or individual animals are threaten by localized extremely high concentration.
