毕业设计(论文) 柳青三中教学楼设计学 号：姓 名：专 业：土木工程系 别：土木工程系指导老师：讲师二○一四年六月摘 要本工程是市柳青三中教学楼（西青区）的设计，包括建筑布置和结构设计两部分。本建筑为五层钢筋混凝土框架结构，总建筑面积为 5159.7m2，总建筑高度为 18.900m。其中完成了建筑的平面设计、立面设计与剖面设计。本实验楼的建筑形状采纳的是比较常规的矩形。结构计算中考虑了竖向荷载中的恒荷载、活荷载和水平方向荷载中的地震作用，并将水平的荷载分配到结构框架上，分别用 D 值法和弯矩二次分配法计算活荷载和恒荷载作用下构件的力，并进行了一榀框架的力组合、截面设计与配筋。手算过程中运用到了 excel 软件，来进行数据的计算。最后，还使用了 PKPM 软件进行电算，并与手算结果进行对比，对配筋进行修改，并绘出各楼层梁、板、柱、基础、楼梯的结构施工图。关键词：实验楼；框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计AbstractThe project is in Tianjin Yangliuqing three school buildings ( Tianjinxiqu area ) design, including building layout and structural design in two parts. The five-story building is of reinforced concrete frame structure , with a total construction area of 5159.7m2, total building height of 18.900m. Which completed a graphic design architecture, design and facade profile design . The College floor building shape is used more conventional rectangular .
