小型拔梗机的讨论机设计[摘 要]本文针对农作物的茎秆采纳机械化收获进行了一定的讨论,并研制出了一种小型农作物拔梗机。设计的这种拔梗机在满足普通拔梗机的功能的基础上还做了一些改进,设计一种拔梗更快更洁净、更加小型轻便,成本低,且效率更高,性能更好的拔梗机,广泛适用于中小型田间作业。阐述了小型农作物拔梗机的工艺流程、结构特点。根据设计要求,确定了基本参数与主要技术性能指标。对小型农作物拔梗机所需功率进行分析确定,通过实验分析得出了结论。改进后的拔梗机能一次完成农作物茎秆的破土、夹持、拔出、提升、输送和成堆集放,工序集中,生产效率高,结构简单、制造、安装、操作方便、使用维护简便,功能齐全,适应性强,故障少,使用寿命长,能一机多用。[关键词]:小型燃机;拔梗机;作物茎秆;实验分析Machine of small pulling machine design stemAbstractThis paper adopted the stalks mechanized harvesting crops made certain research, and developed a small crops pull infarction machine.
