毕业设计(论文)正文题 目应用 PRO/E 设计修正带上盖注射模具专 业机械设计制造与其自动化姓 名学 号指导老师职称2024 年 5 月 20 日应用 PRO/E 设计修正带上盖注射模具摘要：通过对市场现有的修正带上盖塑件的设计分析，设计出该塑件的模具。在整个模具设计过程中，涉与到了塑件的结构设计、注塑机的选择和一些重要工艺参数的校核、型腔数目和布局模式的确定，并详细叙述了模具设计中浇注系统的设计、成型零件和零部件的设计和冷却系统的设计。在模具设计过程中，采纳了 Pro/ENGINEER、EMX4.1 等设计分析软件，采纳这些软件进行设计分析，优化了设计的参数和缩短了设计时间，提高了设计效率。通过整个模具设计，本人已经能够熟练地使用当前常用的设计分析软件，学会了根据计算或者依据经验选择一些参数, 增加了对注塑模具的了解。关键词：修正带上盖;模具设计; 一模两腔;Pro/e;EMX4.1Injection Mold Design of Amendment to Bring Cap on Pro/eAbstract ：Through the amendment put on the market cover the existing plastic parts design analysis, design of the plastic parts.
