护理文化建设影响讨论论文 【摘要】目的探讨护理文化建设与患者满意度之间的关系，分析影响患者满意度的原因并探讨其对策。方法加强本科室护士人文关怀理念的培训，对患者发放问卷调查表，将 2024 年 10 月～2024 年 8 月与 2024 年 10 月～2024 年 8 月我科住院患者满意度进行比较。结果护理文化建设可有效地提高护士的自身素养，改善护士的职业形象，进一步提高护理质量和患者满意度。结论开展以人文关怀为主的护理文化建设可提高患者满意度。 【关键词】护理文化建设；影响；满意度 Theinfluencesofnursingculturalconstructionuponpatient’ssatisfaction 【Abstract】ObjectiveTostudytherelationsbetweennursingculturalconstructionandpatient’ssatisfaction ， identifythefactorsthataffectpatient’ssatisfactionanddiscusstheapproachestoimprovepatient’ssatisfaction.MethodsThehospitalizedpatientsduringOct.2024toAug.2024andOct.2024toAug.2024inourdepartmentweredividedintooneoftwogroups(groupAandgroupB).GroupAwastreatedbeforethenursingculturalconstructionwhilegroupBwastreatedafterthenursingculturalconstruction.Thedegreeofsatisfactionofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThenurses’attributesandselfimageweresignificantlyimprovedafterthenursingculturalconstruction.ThedegreeofsatisfactionofpatientsingroupBwasmuchhigherthanthatingroupA.ConclusionCulturalconstructionofnursingcanpromotethedegreeofsatisfactionofpatients. 【 Keywords 】 nursingculturalconstruction ； affect ；satisfaction 随着现代科学技术的进展和医学模式的转变，社会对医疗卫生与疗养保健工作提出了更高的要求［1］。而泌尿外科疾病多涉及个人隐私及身体隐私部位，且老年患者较多，心理障碍较为普遍，针对这一就医群体，在护理上应更注重“人性化”，多与患者沟通，了解患者心理障碍状况及其产生的原因，了解患者的需求，以便有针对性地进行健康教育和心理疏导，使患者消除思想顾虑，以平静的心情配合医护人员进行治疗和护理，给患者更好的照顾和更大的心理支持。将现代的人文关怀融入护理服务中，营造高层次的服务理念和人文关怀，使患者真正获得温馨、便捷、优质的保健服务。 经过建立泌尿外科病房接待、护理操作用语法律规范，形成一套标准化护理程序，对全体护士进行培训，护士的...
