摘 要本文主要论述了基于 AVR 芯片 ATmega 16 的高精度数控直流稳压电源的设计原理与实现方法。该稳压电源以开关直流稳压电源为基础电路,把开关直流稳压电源的高效率性和 AVR 系统的高精度数据采集能力和高速数据处理能力相结合,运用适当的控制算法对电压源进行稳压和调整,实现电压源的微步进,输出精度高并具有系统自保护、智能风扇控制方案和网络化仪器等功能。文章介绍了系统的总体设计方案,详细阐述了基于 AVR 芯片 ATmega 16 的高精度数控直流稳压电源的系统结构,介绍了系统的硬件和软件设计。文章最后进行了总结。关键词: 数控直流稳压电源 AVR 数据采集 PID 控制算法AbstractThis paper narrates the design theory and realization of high-precision programmable digital power supply based on the AVR ATmega 16.Based on the switch direct current supply circuit,combining the high-efficiency with the high-precision data collection ability and high speed data process ability of AVR system, this paper takes on proper control arithmetic to stabilize and adjust the power supply and realize the mini-step increasing and high precision outputting. Further more, the power supply has the self-protect ability, artificial fan control scheme and network instrument ability, artificial fan control scheme and network instrument ability, etc.The paper introduces the collectivity design scheme, explicitly expatiates the construction of high-efficiency direct current power supply basing on the AVR ATmega 16. And the paper presents the design of the hardware and the software of the system.In the end, I summarized the paper.
