曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿鼻炎探讨论文 【摘要】目的观察曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂对小儿常年性和季节性鼻炎的疗效。方法按随机抽样的方法对 68 例 6～12 岁常年性和季节性鼻炎患儿喷鼻。曲安奈德 110μg，于治疗前后 10、20、30 天对11 项指标观察记分。结果 68 例在治疗后 10、20、30 天平均记分均明显下降。统计学分析，差异均有显著性，P＜0.01。治疗 30 天后总有效率 94.4%，无明显的毒副反应。结论曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂使用方便，起效快，效果好，是治疗小儿变应性鼻炎较为理想的药物。 【关键词】过敏性鼻炎；曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂；儿童 Triamcinoloneacetonidenasalsprayinthetreatmentofallergicrhinitisinchildren RAOKai-cheng.
