本科毕业设计说明书学校代码: 10128学 号: 202411204050题 目 : 水箱液位控制系统的设计摘 要液位控制一般指对某控制对象的液位进行控制调节,使其达到所要求的控制精度。在工业生产过程中,有很多地方需要对控制对象进行液位控制,使液位准确的保持在给定的数值围之。在本课题中,以液位控制系统的水箱为讨论对象,水箱的液位为被控制量。液位的时间常数 T 一般很大,有很大的容积迟延,假如采纳常规单回路控制系统来控制,可能无法达到较好的控制质量,所以有必要寻求更有效的方法对液位进行控制,克服流量对液位造成的干扰。本文论述了模糊控制理论、模糊控制器的设计和实现,并将控制系统在Matlab 软件环境下进行仿真,仿真结果表明模糊控制系统的鲁棒性强,干扰和参数变化对控制效果的影响被大大减弱,尤其适合于非线性、时变与纯滞后系统的控制,使得当液位控制系统的模型参数变化时,系统能具有良好的控制效果。关键词:水箱液位;模糊控制;双容水箱 AbstractLevel control of a generally refers to control and adjustment the liquid level control object , enables it to achieve the required control precision. In this topic, the water tank of level control system is the research object, liquid level of water tank is controlled variable. The liquid level time constant T is large, there is much volume delay, if use the conventional single loop control system to control, may be not able to achieve a good control quality, it is necessary to seek more effective methods of liquid level control, overcome interference of liquid level caused by flow.
