浅谈电视节目主持人的队伍建设 摘要:电视节目主持人在我国还是新生事物,只有 15 年的进展历史,较电视事业的进展来说,主持人队伍的建设与管理显得相对薄弱和滞后,还不能适应和满足丰富多采的电视节目对电视主持人的要求实践也证明,目前在我国荧屏上近万名的主持大军中,优秀的主持人仅占很少的比例。作为电视节目的直接体现者,节目主持人究竟能否在社会进展迅速多变,观众欣赏水平不断提高,媒介竞争日趋激烈的今日,经受住由新技术的广泛采纳而引发的又一轮传播领域革命的洗礼,这支年轻的、尚未成熟的队伍,由于面临社会的、体制的、观众的、技术的以及自身的多方面考验而令人倍加关注。因此 法律规范我国主持人队伍的建设已经是一项刻不容缓的工作了,主持人在我国有声语言的传播中占的份量越来越重,没有一个健康有序的从业氛围,新闻单位也不能正常的保障自己的行业进展,促进社会前进。关键词:电视主持人;队伍建设;人力资源Participants TV Presenters of the Status Quo Construction Abstract:Television program director in our country newly emerging things, only then 15 years development history, compares the television business the development to say, the director troop's construction and the management appears relatively weak and the lag, but also cannot adapt and satisfy the varied and colorful television program to the television director's request.
