我国基本医疗保险异地就医结算存在的问题及其对策【摘要】近年来，由于我国社会经济的快速发展，人口流动趋势日益增强，老龄化程度不断加深，从而导致基本医疗保险参保人员对异地就医的需求持续上升。但是因为我国各个统筹地区的医保政策存在差异性，还没有健全和完善的医疗保险异地就医管理体系，异地就医结算过程中暴露出不少问题，导致参保人员对异地就医结算服务达到及时且公正的要求无法得到满足，因此异地就医结算服务亟待改善发展，对异地就医结算的研究具有重要意义。本文从基本医疗保险异地就医结算这个现象出现的源头出发，结合目前异地就医结算工作的建设现状，研究异地就医结算存在的问题及其产生原因，并参考国外异地就医的管理经验，对其改善及发展的方向提出建议性对策，为推进我国基本医疗服务建设提供可循方向。【关键词】基本医疗保险；异地就医；结算Problems and Countermeasures in the Settlement of Medical Treatment in Different Places of China's Basic Medical Insurance[Abstract] In recent years, due to the rapid development of China's social economy, the trend of population mobility has been increasing, and the aging has been deepening, which leads to the continuous growth of the demand for medical treatment in other places for the insured of basic medical insurance.
