佛山传统文化的探索与研究—饮食文化，地方文化Exploration and Research on Foshan traditional culture -- catering culture, local culture 内容摘要佛山是历史文化名城，有着中国历史上天下四聚、四大名镇之一，武术之乡、陶艺之乡的称号。佛山还是粤剧文化、龙舟文化和醒狮文化的起源地。所谓食在广东，佛山也是一个美食之乡，是粤菜的发源地之一，其中佛山顺德更是有着各种各样的特色美食，被联合国教科文组织授予“美食之都”。如今随着科技不断的发展，人民的生活质量提高，中国迎来了信息时代。网络发达的如今，每人都用上了智能手机，人们可以在网络中认识外面的世界，迎来了短视频的热潮。数字视频的发展让视频制作变得全民化。ADOBE 公司的 Adobe Premiere 则是目前比较主流的视频编辑软件。本文主要从佛山的饮食文化和地方文化进行探索和研究。主要通过当地走访、短片拍摄和后期剪辑来记录宣传佛山的传统文化，有助于让更多的人了解佛山传统文化，同时也包含摄影和后期剪辑技巧以及数字媒体的研究。关键词：佛山美食文化；佛山地方文化；短片拍摄；后期剪辑AbstractFoshan is a famous historical and cultural city, with the title of "the hometown of martial arts and ceramics", one of the four famous towns in China.
