部队汽车驾驶员心理问题研究

部队汽车驾驶员心理问题研究摘 要本研究采用 SCL 一 9O 症状自评量表和调查问卷的方法，对某部汽车驾驶员在驾驶过程中存在的心理问题进行调查和分析，总结出部队驾驶员普遍存在的心理问题，并提出预防措施和解决方法，为部队运输人员的管理提供借鉴和参考。问卷调查结果显示，目前部队汽车驾驶员存在的主要心理问题有紧张、疲劳、害怕、注意力分散、情绪失控等，SCL 一 9O 症状自评量表统计分析显示部队驾驶员在焦虑因子和躯体化因子两方面较为突出，上述症状与驾驶员军龄、年龄、受教育程度、技能熟练程度等因素有关。关键词：部队汽车驾驶员 心理问题 紧张 焦虑 安全AbstraetIn this study, We use SCL 9O symptom checklist and questionnaire method, investigation and analysis the driver's psychological problems about some force. summed up the prevailing force pilot psychological problems, and propose preventive measures and solutions, providing reference for the management of troop transport personnel.
