PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIII公共治理理念下防范医疗纠纷研究——以吉安市中心人民医院为例The Research on the Avoiding Medical Tangle under the Perspective of Government Theory ——Taking Ji’an Central People’s Hospital as An Example 摘 要医疗卫生事业关系着人民群众的生命健康和生老病死，与人民群众的利益密切相关。随着国民经济的快速发展和人民物质文化水平的不断提高，我国的医疗卫生事业快速发展，人民群众的健康水平不断提高，我国国民的健康素质也大幅度提高。然而，近年来在医疗卫生领域面临的问题和矛盾依然突出，卫生工作中存在的基本矛盾是群众越来越高的卫生健康需求与该水平医疗服务的供应严重不足之间的矛盾，医患关系不和谐，医患矛盾、医患纠纷、甚至医患冲突，是这一矛盾的具体体现。医疗纠纷问题不仅仅是一个单纯的医疗问题，已经演变为一个社会问题。本文基于公共治理的理念，以吉安市中心人民医院为案例，强调运用治理理论的多主题参与的中心理论为指导，将多个社会主体如政府、市场、医疗机构本身、医务人员、患者、媒体、第三方机构等多方力量的共同参与，共同解决医患关系中存在的诸多问题，从而尝试为缓解医患矛盾，减少医疗纠纷提出一个可行的解决路径。 关键词：公共治理；医疗纠纷；防范IIAbstractMedical and health services in relation to the people's life and health and death, and is closely related to the interests of the people.
