大黄鱼中草药过氧化氢酶基因VIP专享

摘 要过氧化氢酶（CAT）是生物体内一种非常重要的抗氧化防御功能酶，本文以我国重要的海水养殖鱼类大黄鱼为研究对象，探究饲料中添加复方中草药对大黄鱼过氧化氢酶基因表达的影响。通过在大黄鱼饲料中添加不同比例中草药复方（太子参、巴戟、当归、枸杞、茯苓、白术等），饲喂 30 天后，以大黄鱼的肾脏组织和脾脏组织为实验材料，通过实时荧光定量 PCR 技术，分析比较饲喂中草药后两个不同组织间 CAT 基因的相对表达变化情况。结果表明，与对照组相比，每一组实验组的过氧化氢酶基因的相对表达量都出现不同程度的下降（肾脏组织的 E2 组除外），但每组之间无显著性差异（P>0.05）。关键词：大黄鱼；中草药；过氧化氢酶基因AbstractIn this paper, Larimichthys crocea, an important mariculture fish in China, was taken as the research object. In order to explore the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the catalase (CAT) gene expression of L. crocea, this experiment to compare the expression characteristics of the gene in different tissues after feeding Chinese herbal medicine by adding different proportions of compound Chinese herbal medicine (Pseudostellaria heterophylla, Morinda officinalis, angelica sinensis, medlar, poria cocos, atractylodes macrocephala, etc.) into the feed of L. crocea and taking kidney and spleen tissues of L. crocea as experimental material after 30 days of feeding. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the relative expression level of catalase gene in each group decreased to different degrees (except the E2 group of kidney tissue), but there was no significant difference between each group (P> 0.05). The results of this study provide valuable data for the future application of chinese herbal medicine added to large yellow croaker feed, and also provide a preliminary research basis for chinese herbal medicine as an antioxidant enhancer for fish.Key words: Larimichthys crocea; C...
