本田思域轿车离合器设计本田思域轿车离合器设计摘 要如今，各个行业的发展非常的迅速，汽车制造业的水平也在逐渐提升，离合器作为汽车传动的重要部分之一，对汽车具有非常大的影响。本文根据本田思域轿车离合器的技术参数确定离合器结构设计，选用了摩擦式单片膜片弹簧离合器。首先通过查阅不同文献对离合器的基本结构进行了解，并确定其技术参数，再根据所得数据完成从动盘、摩擦片、压紧弹簧等主要零件的设计计算和强度校核，提高传动系的传递效率，换挡更平顺柔和，确保整车离合性能安全可靠。关键词：离合器；本田思域；校核北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of clutch for Honda CivicAbstractAt present, every industry is developing at a high speed, the level of automobile manufacturing industry is gradually improving. As one of the vital part in the automobile transmission, clutch has an influence on the automobile.According to the technical parameters of Honda Civic automobile clutch, this paper confirm the structure design of clutch, and select friction diaphragm spring clutch. First, the basic structure of the clutch is understood by consulting different literature, and its technical parameters are determined.
