北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 餐具清洗装置的设计摘要洗碗机的出现对居家生活有着重大改变，成功的解决了家庭生活中吃饭洗碗的问题，用机械代替人们的双手，用人工智能取代了劳累的洗涤作业。随着时代的进步，如今洗碗机的种类可谓是多种多样，各有所长。本次设计初期首先对市面上现有的洗碗机进行了调查研究，明确洗碗机的总体设计要求，根据洗碗机的实际需求，设计了一款食堂专用的自动洗碗机。根据学校食堂餐具勺子筷子的尺寸大小，我们设计了拥有竖立凸杆的传送带，既节省空间，又增大清洗效率。清洗分两次清洗一级烘干，利用水流溶解餐具污渍。设计结合相关技术参数对传送带结构展开分析设计，使其原本只能清洗餐盘的基础上，附加了可以额外清洗勺筷的结构设计。联结水温控制装置以及水循环的利用装置，形成一台较为理想的自动清洗机。关键词：餐具清洗机；结构设计；建模北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of Tableware washing deviceAbstractThe emergence of dishwasher has a significant change to the home life.
