题 目： 中小学法治教育现状思考 摘 要中小学法治教育就是具有专业法律知识的人对中小学生等进行法律知识普及，在教授中小学生法律知识、增强其法律观念的过程中，提高中小学生的法治素养。笔者以中小学生为对象、以中小学法治教育为课题开展了一项调查研究，面向油田十一中的中小学生展开了长达一个月的法治教育活动，通过发放调查问卷、实地进行授课等方式，发现了现行中小学法治教育中存在的诸如教育内容单一保守、教师队伍不专业、教学方法刻板落后等问题。笔者认为，只有解决制度和观念方面的问题，中小学生法治教育才能真正收获理想的效果。关键词：中小学生；法治教育；现状分析ABSTRACTThe rule of law education in middle schools is to popularize the knowledge of rule of law among middle school students by people with professional legal knowledge. In the process of teaching the legal knowledge of middle school students and strengthening their legal concepts, the students' legal literacy is improved. Taking the middle school students as the object, the author has carried out an investigation and study on the rule of law education in middle schools, carried out a month's law education activities for the middle school students in the No.11 Middle School of Oilfield, and conducted on-the-spot teaching and others by issuing questionnaires. The problems existing in the education of rule of law in middle schools are found, such as the single conservative content of education, the unprofessional teaching staff, the backward teaching method and so forth.
