北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 半自动负重爬楼器设计载人及运货结构设计半自动负重爬楼器设计-载人及运货结构设计摘 要现如今,随着经济与科技的发展中国在科技技术方面攻下一个又一个难关,尽管如此,在半自动负重爬楼器结构制造这一方面,中国的技术水平仍与国外先进水平国家有很大差距。在此次的毕业设计意在使多功能半自动负重爬楼器(以下简称为爬楼器)可以渗入普通家庭的日常生活中。本文首先初步的设计了爬楼器的结构框架,之后又分析爬楼器结构的,计算方法和其几种方案的选择原则,根据设计准则与计算基础设计检查支架装置,并选择其主要部件。普通型半自动负重爬楼器结构由:车体、电机、辅助轮、操控单元、电池、爬升机构六个主要部件组成。简单的辅助爬楼结构已不满足于现状,半自动负重爬楼器结构逐渐向长距离、高速度、低摩擦等方向发展。在本次设计中,爬楼机结构还有待提高,但其结构设计体现了生活中的需求关系与适用范围,为后续设计工作以及改进方向提供了改良建议。关键词:半自动辅助爬楼;多功能;运动学仿真;结构设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Semi-automatic load crawler - structural design for man and freightAbstractNowadays, with the development of economy and science and technology, China has overcome one difficulty after another in the aspect of science and technology.
