北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文公共事业管理专业发展问题研究——以北京理工大学珠海学院为例公共事业管理专业发展问题研究——以北京理工大学珠海学院为例摘 要在高等院校之中，和其余本科专业进行比较，公共事业管理是一个比较新的专业。1997 年，东北大学以及云南大学联合申请，要求开设公共事业管理专业，我国教育部经过考察与协商后在 1998 年批准开设公共事业管理专业。1999 年，这两所大学率先响应号召，开始招收这个专业的学生。随后的 2000 年，我国开设公共事业管理专业的高等院校高达 57 所，并且在 2020 年增加到 444 所。从我国实际情况来看，公共事业管理专业一开始如雨后春笋般迅速发展，但在近几年开始遇到困境。本文通过以问卷调查和访谈等研究方法对学生进行调查，主要通过收集招生“入口”、培育“过程”、就业“出路”等方面的数据信息，并对获取的数据进行整理归纳。得出结果显示这个专业在实际建设中存在非常显著的不足，包括课程制定缺乏合理性、教学方式过于单一化、综合能力较为薄弱、就业难、学生专业能力不强等。针对上述问题的形成动因进行进一步研究，对公共事业管理专业人才培养模式提出完善建议。关键词：人才培养；公共事业管理专业；方向设置；北京理工大学珠海学院北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Abstract"Public utilities management" is a relatively young major among the undergraduate programs in China. In 1998, the catalogue of undergraduate majors in Chinese universities was listed in this major. In 1999, two universities, northeast university and yunnan university, recruited undergraduate students majoring in public utilities management for the first time in China.
