宾川县宾居镇农业“四项补贴”政策执行

宾川县宾居镇农业“四项补贴”政策执行的问题研究摘要：自 2004 年我国粮食直接补贴政策实施以来，其政策执行效果备受关注。本文以宾川县为例，对粮食补贴执行情况、实施效果进行了实地调研，调研发现粮食补贴政策的实施有效地保护了农民的利益，在一定程度上提高了农民的种粮积极性和种粮农民收入，对于保障国家粮食安全发挥了重要积极作用。关键词：四项补贴；政策执行；问题；对策Abstract: Since the implementation of China's grain direct subsidy policy in 2004, the effectiveness of its policy implementation has attracted much attention. This paper takes Binchuan County as an example and conducts field research on the implementation of food subsidies and their implementation effects. The study found that the implementation of the grain subsidy policy effectively protected the interests of farmers, and to a certain extent increased the farmers’ enthusiasm for grain production and grain production.
