七台河市矿区棕地治理政策分析研究 资源管理专业

摘 要因为多年以来的开采方式不够科学，造成矿区土地大面积坍塌、植被遭到严重破坏；使土壤遭受了污染并一定程度上导致了地下水污染的形成；大量的土地未被充分利用并发挥其应有的价值，大量矿区棕地的形成，加剧了矿区地域的人地矛盾；限制了煤炭型资源型城市的发展，对矿区城市的转型和可持续发展构成了极大的威胁和阻碍，所以说，矿区的棕地治理是一个迫在眉睫的问题，加大矿区棕地治理，对于促进资源枯竭型城市矿区土地的可持续利用，逐步实现环境、资源与经济、社会协调发展的目的，研究棕矿区地的治理对于煤炭型资源型城市的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。本文通过分析国内外矿区棕地研究相关理论与方法，以黑龙江省七台河市为例，结合黑龙江省七台河市矿区棕地的现状以及现有的关于棕地治理的政策，分别从几个方面进行了针对性分析，探讨了矿区棕地综合治理的政策方案和政策执行，并提出了自己的看法和建议。关键词：土壤污染 棕地治理 可持续发展 政策内容 政策执行AbstractBecause the way of mining is not scientific enough for many years, the mining land collapses in a large area, the vegetation is destroyed seriously, the soil is polluted and the groundwater pollution is formed to a certain extent.
