对耕地保护问题的思考

摘 要人多地少是我国的基本国情，对此在人口不断增多、耕地资源匮乏的情况下，伴随着高速的工业化和城市化进程，建设用地不断占用耕地，这就使得我国耕地资源不断减少。为此，本篇文章对我国耕地保护政策进行了探究，结果发现存在公民的耕地保护意识普遍偏低、耕地生态保护不力、耕地占优补劣、以及监督管理上存在的一些问题，对此提出了应该重视政策宣传、加强监督检查、全方位保护耕地，从而实现耕地数量、质量、生态保护协调均衡发展。关键词：耕地保护；问题及对策IAbstract It is the basic national condition of our country to have a large population and a small population. With the increasing population and the shortage of cultivated land resources, along with the rapid process of industrialization and urbanization, the construction land keeps occupying cultivated land, which makes the cultivated land resources in our country decrease continuously. For this reason, this article probes into China's cultivated land protection policies. The results show that citizens' awareness of cultivated land protection is generally low, the ecological protection of cultivated land is ineffective, the cultivated land is superior to the inferior, and there are some problems in supervision and management. Therefore, it is suggested that attention should be paid to policy propaganda, strengthening supervision and inspection, and all-round protection of cultivated land, so as to realize the coordinated and balanced development of cultivated land quantity, quality, and ecological protection.Key words:Cultivated land protection ; Problems and countermeasuresII目 录....................................................................2..........................................................2..........................................................2......................................................4..........................................................4..........
