加强网络诚信建设的思考摘 要科学技术日益发展，网络发展成了人们生活的不可或缺组成部分，网络带给了人们便利，也潜移默化的改变人们的思想，滋长了很多如网络诈骗、网络犯罪、隐私侵犯等网络问题。严重危害着网络参与主体，以及社会的和谐稳定。面对这些问题，本文首先说明了网络诚信危机出现的的表现及原因，之后阐述了解决网络诚信危害的根本性措施，以期为我国网络诚信建立发展提供一些具备引导和鉴戒意旨的思想价值，本文从四个方面入手，第一部分介绍了网络诚信的内涵与特点，因为其特殊性传统道德规范具有局限性，因此探究新的诚信建设规范更具有必要性。第二部分简述了如今网络诚信问题的产生及原因，只有分析到问题的实质，才能提出切实可行的解决办法。第三部分说明了网络诚信危机所导致的一些危害性后果，以此说明网络诚信建设的重要性和紧迫性。第四部分针对上述所讲危害表现提出了相对的解决措施。关键词：网络诚信，网络诚信问题，对策与措施AbstractThe development of science and technology, the network has become an indispensable part of people's life, the network has brought people convenience, but also imperceptibly change people's thoughts, the growth of many such as network fraud, cybercrime, privacy violations and other network issues.
