2006 年-2018 年影响房地产价格波动因素分析——以青岛市为例【摘要】中国经济的发展与房地产行业息息相关，同时也关乎每个中国老百姓的生活，其中房价是每个中国人关注的焦点。目前房价太高，已经影响到了人们的安居乐业，更让很多年轻人失去了选择，国家近几年已经开始了对房地产行业的调整，那么房价的高低，以及影响房价的波动究竟是什么因素，找出这些因素就变得格外重要，在这之上才能更好地发布调控措施。所以本文整理了 2006-2018 年青岛市房地产价格，通过价格指数对价格进行调整估算，并结合理论分析和定量分析其影响因素，从而给出针对性意见，以促进青岛市房地产市场健康稳定的发展。【关键词】房地产价格 波动因素 青岛市IAnalysis The Factors of Real Estate Price Fluctuations From 2006 to 2018-- A Case Study of Qingdao City【Abstract】The healthy development of the real estate market is related to the development of the national economy, and it is closely related to the life of the people. The housing price has become the focus of increasing attention. Obviously, the current high housing price has become an indisputable fact, and the country's macro-control has also begun to adjust the housing price, so it is particularly important to make clear what factors determine the level of the housing price. Only on this basis can we grasp the policies and strategies of regulation and control.
