秘书职业价值之思考Reflection on secretary occupational values摘 要改革开放以来，经济社会的快速发展，给秘书工作带来了巨大的冲击，使秘书职业价值观的树立面临全新的挑战。本文通过对秘书学相关理论的研究，对秘书职业价值观形成了初步的认识。秘书职业价值来源于秘书工作，秘书工作是秘书职业价值形成的基础，没有秘书工作，秘书职业价值也就无从谈起。秘书职业价值主要体现辅助价值上，辅助管理，综合服务和参谋咨询是秘书职业价值的重要体现。通过分析秘书实现职业价值的内外部环境、秘书实现职业价值的优势和劣势以及实现秘书职业价值观存在的现实问题，探究如何树立正确的职业价值观，更好地指导秘书人员做好你本职工作，实现自我价值与社会价值的有机统一。关键词：秘书工作；职业价值；价值实现AbstractSince the reform and opening-up policy, rapid growth of economic society brings great impact to secretarial job. It makes the building of occupational values of secretary face brand-new challenges. Through researches into relevant theories of secretary, this essay forms preliminary understanding of their occupational values. Occupational values of secretary roots in their work, and secretarial work is the basis to form secretarial occupational values. If without secretary work, their occupational values are nothing. Secretarial occupational values mainly embody in assistance values. Assisting management, comprehensive services and advising consultation is important embodiment for their values.
