火锅饮食文化的研究摘要:饮食文化是人在社会发展过程中对食物需求、制作和消费方面的文化现象进行提炼而得到,不仅涉及到饮食本身,还包括饮食与商业、文学及艺术等的关系,深厚广博。地理学对饮食文化的研究要从饮食文化的地区差异、地理环境对饮食文化的影响及饮食文化所反映的人地关系等方面进行。本文在简要综述饮食文化研究的基拙上,以重庆火锅为例,着重研究地理环境对重庆火锅形成与发展的影,分析重庆火锅的特点及蕴含的饮食文化内涵,同时探讨重庆火锅体现的人地关系及对其饮食文化的开发利用问题关键词:饮食、需求、消费Study on the Cuisine Culture of Hot PotAbstract:Dietary culture is derived from the refinement of cultural phenomena in food demand,production and consumption in the process of social development.It involves not only diet itself,but also the relationship between diet and commerce,literature and art.The study of dietary culture in geography should focus on the regional differences of dietary culture,the influence of geographical environment on dietary culture and the relationship between people and land reflected by dietary culture.On the basis of a brief summary of the study of catering culture,this paper takes Chongqing Hot Pot as an example,focusing on the influence of geographical environment on the formation and development of Chongqing Hot Pot,analyzing the characteristics of Chongqing Hot Pot and the connotation of its catering culture,and discussing the human-land relationship embodied in Chongqing Hot Pot Pot Pot and the development and utilization of its catering culture.keyword:Diet,Demand,ConsumptionI目录目录...............................................................................................................................................................1............................................................................................................................................1..................................
