The Role of FollowersIntroductionAny team is made up of followers and leaders. Leaders play the basic role of commanders and guides in the process of team development. So what role do followers play in this process and what roles do they play? After studying the literature of the relevant leaders, it can be found that everyone has a tendency to classify others in life(Fiske & Taylor, 1991).
