Real estate industry, one of pillar industries of China’s economy, has a large number of enterprises, but few of which have a certain scale and qualification. This gives rise to the modest overall level of real estate market. Currently, China’s real estate enterprises are confronted with more and more challenges and opportunities. However, the way to seize opportunities and meet challenges for improving their overall level makes the study of their competitiveness significant. Based on the idea of lean construction, this essay, in line with the composition of competitiveness of real estate enterprises, puts forward countermeasures of improving it.IntroductionAt present, the situation of China’s real estate industry is far from promising. Real estate enterprises are of varying size.
